LEPRA Society's Mahanadi Netra Chikitsalaya (MNC) received the Dr. Jordan Kassalow VisionSpring Award 2026 at the Vision 2020 – 20th Annual Conference hosted by Shankara Eye Foundation, Bengaluru. The award recognises MNC's efforts to expand access to eyeglasses and quality eye care for underserved communities.

LEPRA Society received the WHO South-East Asia Award for Public Health Champion at the 78th Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia (RC78) for its outstanding contribution to Neglected Tropical Diseases and disability. The award was presented by Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Dr. Catharina Boehme.

LEPRA Society received the Mahatma Award for Good Health and Well-Being in New Delhi in recognition of its sustained efforts to improve community health, reduce stigma, and promote inclusion. The award celebrates the organisation's commitment to delivering accessible healthcare and creating lasting positive impact for vulnerable communities.

LEPRA Society received the Health Initiative Award at the 12th National CSR Summit & CSR Times Awards 2025 in New Delhi, presented by CSR Times. The award recognises LEPRA Society's outstanding contributions to advancing accessible healthcare and improving the lives of vulnerable communities. The honour was received on behalf of the organisation by Dr. P. Padma, Executive Director, LEPRA Society.
