Divya Prakash
This is the case story of an 18 years old boy named Mr. Divya Prakash, studying B.tech in Computer Science from TIT Bhopal. He is very intelligent and keen on innovation and discovery, along with science & technology. He always read science-related magazines and search for the latest learning materials related to computer science.
His father name is Mr. Kamlesh Chandra Lal, and he is suffering from leprosy since childhood. Due to this disease, he faced various socioeconomic problems and social discrimination by society. He always tries to fight leprosy and the mindset of society related to the disease.
He got very emotional during our conversation. He said that I must express my heartfelt gratitude and thanks to LEPRA for their kind effort and cooperation for the needy and marginalised students willing to study more along with the CHAHA project. We all are praying for all of you.
My father believes that the problems are for our betterment and skill development because we learn how to resolve and overcome that situation. He always shares his personal experiences and significant issues with us and his methodologies to determine those conditions. He says every misfortune has fortune within. So, in life, we should be optimistic and courageous.
Due to his dedication and hard-working, we tried to help him, and recently he received financial assistance from Oracle funded ‘CHAHA Project’ through LEPRA. After getting this supportive amount, he feels so happy and requested us to find many more students like him and support them. He mentioned that he knows many talented students who can’t achieve their goals due to poor financial situation.
He said that this amount would help him fulfil his dreams, and if he gets continuous support until the goal achievement, he will always be thankful to LEPRA and the Oracle.
